Walki Boafeng Repairing
« on: April 07, 2024, 08:11:46 pm »
Hello, I am repairing a Boafeng walkie-talkie and when I replaced the power output transistor, a couple of resistors blew out and I think there was a capacitor next to the transistor.
The schematics that I have found do not correspond exactly since there are several versions of the electronic board because I have also opened another boafeng and it was not the same either.
I would be very grateful if there is any colleague who has experience with these Chinese and can give me some guidance on where they go and the values of the components.
Thanks and regards

Hi,
I don't mean to "rain on your parade", but a Baofeng dual band radio sells for ~$20-$24 on Ali express - free shipping.
It isn't worth taking apart, never mind ordering parts & going thru hell replacing them.
Strip it for parts, if you so desire, and then toss it?
My 2 cents anyway.
G'Luck!

Hello, thank you for giving me your opinion, but I see that you have not understood anything, I could buy 100 boafeng and also without needing them, but I am going to repair it for the pure pleasure of doing so and then leave it in a drawer and probably not use it again.
I imagine that for you it is more fun to repair expensive equipment from a prestigious brand and then comment on it here
Greetings
