6 inch tip is normally the go to on majority of the screw drivers i have, Phillips Torx, Allen, Torx with center hole
i have 12 inch tips for phillips 2 and 3 heads, same for flat heads
May Wiha red 341 series for box drivers, yellow (dissipative) for the electronics ... and the isolated ones for electric panels.
many are Wiha, they are expensives, and some may or will snap ... i screw a lot with a few phillips screw drivers, they will wear out.
The big problem is touhgness and durability, as many knows buy cheap you get cheap i have 30 years screw drivers who never deformed or snapped or else, haven't rusted ... their name is SONY (wood handles not even cracked) loll
And other tip / bits, i buy them at DeWalt, i have some friend there loll all in HEX 1/4 at 6" minimum lenght, and HEX 1/4 extensions from 3" up to 12"
If you go for anti theft ones, i use TRI-WINGS
A torque controlled tool will help and not abuse bits, if you know their specs
there is a new brand called FANTIK i use one of their hand held battery screw driver, with torque limitter between 0.5 up to 7, we bought a few in our company, but they are not industrial, and will fail on all week long / production utilisation, but once torque attained, they dont over-torque
