Looks like a scam to me.

The website is laughably bad, the English is horrible (practically Engrish), the specs are self-contradictory, extremely few pictures (and many of the few that are there appear to be fake), incredibly few details, etc.

If it is real and actually does what they claim it does, for the price they're selling it for, then it seems like a good deal.  But I don't believe it.
