ReBuilder Model 300 by ReBuilder Medical, Inc.

The ReBuilder Model 300 is an FDA-regulated, Class II medical device designed to treat peripheral neuropathy and chronic intractable pain. Unlike standard TENS units, it uses a unique proprietary signal to help unblock nerve signals, promote nerve repair, and improve local circulation

Well, I have here a unit and I took some pictures and measured their proprietary signal. Tell me if this is a gimmick or a real deal.  :-+

Pulse shape is the same, frequency is right around 34 Hz, sometimes it drops to 22 Hz then back to 32 Hz. Maybe this is a feature, maybe this is a glitch. I don't know the physics of it.

8‑pin package options (PDIP, SOIC, DFN)
Internal 4 MHz oscillator (±1% factory‑calibrated)
5 I/O pins
WDT, POR, Sleep mode
2.0–5.5 V operating range

TLC2272 — a dual, low‑noise, rail‑to‑rail CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments.
Key characteristics from TI’s documentation:
Dual op‑amp (2 channels)
Rail‑to‑rail output
Low noise: 9 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz
GBW ≈ 2.2 MHz, slew rate ≈ 3.6 V/µs

Common‑mode input includes negative rail

If anyone wants, I can get firmware out of it.  :-//

Here are their references: https://rebuildermedical.com/evidence/ It can definitely be effective in some cases of neuropathy/pain.

Whether their pulse shape/frequency is any more effective, I would doubt it. Better to get a machine that lets you adjust the frequency and pulse type, to experiments for yourself, which can probably be had for <$50 on amazon.

I guess the main safety is the isolation transformer, and transformer should limit how much current it can deliver.

Have you tried it out? How strong is it. Some of the cheap ones are scary strong.
