Warning about ordering from JLCPCB

Warning about ordering from JLCPCB. (PCB production, 3D printing, and other component manufacturing)

Be careful when ordering from this company!
If a package goes missing, they can't seem to address the issue, and they'll use all sorts of nonsense to avoid fulfilling the order (preferably pay via CC and use chargeback).

In my case, after the supplier lost the tiles, JLCPCB they ignored the issue, took the money... and then it was no longer their problem.

This is a pretty widely known and extensively used company throughout the professional and hobby industry.. I am a little surprised at your experience with the support though. I've gotten decent support in the past, although this was through my professional accounts so that might have helped boost my priority.

An alternative I have been using (particularly with the chaos in tariffs) has been Aisler.net. Very reasonably priced alternative and decent delivery leads as well.

I also ordered from there and had no problems until the shipments arrived... and then one went missing, and the company ignored it...
They've taken the money, let the buyer worry...
But if they have this attitude, it says something about them. What if they send a faulty PCB? Will they ignore it too?

What were your incoterms?

JLCPCB default to CPT. Shipping loss is almost always the buyers problem for commercial transactions.
