Wireless speakers for elderly (not Bluetooth)
« on: February 01, 2023, 12:05:54 am »
Hearing loss is very common in elderly and most don't want  a headset.

When listening to a TV in groups (say nursing homes)  the TV is not loud  enough for all of them to hear.

Bluetooth only works one speaker  and pairing a management is needed.

Rather than  build it,  have you come across a wireless  system or  modules with  multiple wireless speakers.

IE  Buy it before  build it.

Surely in this situation there is already a solutuon -  but my  search  haven't any sucess.

What do you think?

THanks in advance

Infrared and analog RF headphones are still available and are a good solution for this.
