4090B long boot time (ET4402,ET4401.etc.)

Every time I turn it on, the boot time is very long, and then the test response is very slow. Occasionally, the boot time returns to normal on its own(normally 3sec), and when that happens, the testing function also works normally. I tried to update the firmware(LCRV1.00.2232.019), but it prompts 'Please reset the device' and nothing else happens."
Is there any other way I can update the firmware?

The firmware can be upgraded now. The problem is solved
