85645 Band 3 not showing

Hello,

   I have something that puzzles me here I have a 8563EC and 85645A  for some reason the band 3 is showing up while tracking.

The CW does work... I tried to go all the way of the calibration, still not luck.

Should I just repeat until lucky or is there something else that could be an issue ?
