Advantest R3265 M manuals, options and specs

Hi;

I'm looking at getting a R3265M, it has options 6, 15 and 71. Does anyone have any info on the differences from a R3265A and what are the options?

I have downloaded the R3265A manuals from Advantest and the spec sheets, nothing jumps out at me though.
