Affordable micro-grabbers

I'm sure the Pomona 72902 test kit is excellent but at £250 plus VAT it ought to be!!!

Does anyone know of a source for similar micro grabbers at a less eye-watering price?

The older Tek and HP ones are too large.

the SDK08 are nice, and very small. may be too small for some DIP pins. ok for SO or even TSSOP.

You can find old MJ-033 clips on EBay. The hooks are strong and have smooth operation. Otherwise, Pomona or EZ Hook.  Stay away from the cheap ones.

I was impressed by the "SDK08" and ordered some too.

SDK08 are great if we are talking about SMD pin usage. I used them side by side on a TSSOP.
Managed to destroy one, partially my own fault, pushed the back pin in too hard I think.

Yep them Tek ones are great but a little hard to find cheap or in small lots however not by having identifying attributes they need be connected to colored fly leads for channel ID.
