Hello, I have this oscilloscope at the start interface. I removed the flash to read the content and it seems that the content is incomplete. Now I can’t confirm whether the firmware or other hardware is faulty, so please send me one Full firmware available thanks

From what I can tell, that's almost certainly the same as the Siglent SDS1102CML.  Siglent no longer seems to host the firmware for that model.

However, it's also (from everything I can find) the same as the LeCroy WaveAce 1012, and Lecroy does still host the firmware for that: https://teledynelecroy.com/support/softwaredownload/documents.aspx?sc=15

Yes, I brushed the firmware of siglent, and the boot shows that sds1102cml long storage also exists.
