The trick is to look at the number in the picture:

Then you can go to this web site and type it in:
https://www.certipedia.com/That leads you to a TUV certificate - and it's for a multimeter! (Tada!)
It looks similar to the that Lidl's were selling a while ago and was reviewed on this site and there is some video on You Tube of it. It provides only very basic safety protection and is not a meter that I wish to use for high energy circuits or professionally but for a hobbyist it might OK, you would to make your own judgement on that issue.
I youtube-reviewed a LIDL multimeter a while back, it was TUV certified, etc., just like that one.

300V, which seemed reasonable. It's basically rated for 240V domestic AC, nothing industrial or "high energy" (whatever that means).
I can't do full CAT certification here

but I
did connect mine to 240V mains AC on all ranges except amps and it survived just fine. The fuses in mine are ceramic types with the right numbers/symbols printed on them so I assume the amps ranges would be uneventful if I did the same test.
I can't see the CAT rating on the meter in that photo but I expect it's similar.
I think Ferrex is Aldi.
Yep.
eg.
https://www.aldi.co.uk/cordless-power-toolsALDI aren't going to invent fake TUV/GS certifications. They just aren't.
