Does anyone have a schematic for Tektronix 1720 vector scope?

Does anyone have a schematic for Tektronix 1720 vector scope?

My unit itself functions but none of the LEDs on front lights and I cannot put it on test mode.  The voltage across LED is 0.1V so the problem has to be the driver side.

On the Tek website you can get the 1720SCH s/n B04+, on http://bee.mif.pg.gda.pl/ciasteczkowypotwor/Tek/, there is the 1725 manual, this is the PAL version, but everything else is the same.
