The UT210E was the only one that did accurate measurement of DC clamp amp down to 1mA.

I don't think it makes much difference.
My CM2100B seems to work a little better than the one in the video.
But the fact remains that whatever these clamps display, you can't rely on them to be accurate to the mA.
The specifications don't claim that either.

The thing to note, at least from that test vid, is how the meters react to changes, vs just setting up a known current or voltage and then taking a measurement.
