Fluke 97 Auto Training Video and Workbook

Hi everyone.

I have a Fluke 123 Scopemeter.
Joe Smith had been given approval from Fluke to upload the Fluke 97 automotive training video.
I am very grateful for that.
I am wondering if anyone may have a PDF copy of the training workbook referenced in the video.
I have been having difficulty locating a hard copy version.
