fluke refurbs??

does fluke do factory refurbs? or does anyone here (located in the us) do, or know anyone who does fluke refurbs?

i have a ts44pro linesmans set that i last had use for about 4-5 years ago. now we added a new building at work, and i will sooner or later be installing another voice network. i recall last i used it (again, 4-5 years ago) it had stopped working. i forget what the problem actually was, so it would need a full going over.

i emailed fluke directly to ask them if they would perform this service, and an estimation of the price (to see if its even economically feasible to repair it, or just replace it with a cheaper low-end unit) but i never got anyhting back from them.
