Hi , i bought 9 months ago a hantek osciloscope , a few days ago , i found this problem , only appears i don 't know what happens

here in argentina warranty is 6 months ,  i write for hantek in china , and they offer to send a part to replace , but the price is to high
I like to know how to buy this part , the code number or part number , but i can't find it
