hantek DSO4254B
« on: June 17, 2026, 02:33:00 pm »
Hello, my English is poor, so I used a translator. I made a mistake and accidentally injected 24VDC into the calibration input of my Hantek oscilloscope, model DSO 4254B. After that, it wouldn't turn on anymore, the buttons remained lit and the screen was black.

I tried contacting the manufacturer for help, but received no response.

I'm requesting an electrical schematic from my friends, since the protection diode on the calibration input shorted out. I may have an electronic defect or firmware corruption. Reading the posts, I noticed that other models have a way to replace the firmware using the SD card slot, but I haven't been able to find the necessary files for that.

Please help me save my equipment.

Thank you.
