Searching for Agilent / Keysight 4000a oscilloscope Firmware: Nand error

I came across a nand corrupt agilent 4154 oscilloscope
It gets stuck on boot and tries to transfer 0x4D6BA80 bytes into RAM, identical to the oscilloscope here:

I need 3.x series firmware for the 4000x.
If anyone has anything in their archives, I would be eternally grateful.
