FY6600 - 60MHz - bug reporting ???
« on: October 26, 2018, 11:39:50 am »

I have one of these and, for me at least, it is good value for what I paid.

The PC software is v6.0 and the firmware is v3.3 and seems to have provision to update the firmware on line.

I have discovered one problem - the PC S/W only talks to CON1 to CON16 - my system goes up to 24!! so using it requires a certain ammount of "fafing" about to get it to connect. It does have an "autoconnect" feature but it dioesnt seem to work above 16.

Has anyone found a way to report such bugs ???

TIA and best regards,
Dave

ROFL!!!

You must be kidding.  Your chance of getting a "bug/feature" fix from Feeltech is identically zero.  But you can try contacting admin@feeltech.net is you're feeling masochistic.  They will promise lifetime support, but that person has already died, so the support has ended.

Probably not so much a bug as a limitation of the development software they used - VB6 maybe?

Can you go to Device Manager , Com Ports and right click. Then go advanced and change Com number
If one can make knowledge flow than it will go from negative to positve , for real

I didn't know you could do that!
You cannot do that as it b*****s up bluetooth device handling :-(
The only thing you can do is change the com port to one that is free (and below 16)!
Oh well - worth a try I suppose
