Looking for 4+ output Rack Power supply (Kepco ATE?)

Hello

I am looking for a 4 (or more) output 3u or 4u rackmountable power supply.

My reuqirements are pretty open.
-I need it to be a low noise linear output (I deal with sensitive audio circuitry, and think a low noise switch-mode supply is probably far out of my price range)
-Low fan noise/adjustable fan speed. Dont want a loud power supply if Im only drawing a couple of watts.
-Preferably serviceable/documentation available
-I would like like to be able to get up to +-75v @ a couple of amps total, in a series/parallel configuration.
-I would like to have atleast +-24 output capability per output.
-CHEAP (My username says it all.  ). I live close to the bay area and have access to a wide range of industrial surplus for local pickup on Ebay

If anyone in the bay area has something that would fit these requirements, please feel free to send me a message.

So far I have narrowed it down to the KEPCO ATE series. I can get 4 36v 0-3amp modules for a VERY good price. But one question remains...how loud are the fans? Does anyone have any direct experience with these modules?
