Low cost power meter

I would like to get a low cost power meter. Nothing too fancy but it should be able to measure accurately low power devices (say anything above 100mA).

After a bit of research  I found the ZHURUI LPT200 and the Zhurui Power Recorder PR10.

Do you know if these are any good/accurate for low power devices?

Also, I'm open to other recommendations of course!
