Megger Major Insulation tester

I picked up a 1960's Megger Major.  It is a 1000 volt, hand crank insulation tester.  It is in pretty good shape for its age.

where can I find a manual for it?  about the closest I could find is some general info about the older models from http://www.richardsradios.co.uk/meggers.html
