multi-channel digitizer

For many of my projects, I have the need to digitize multiple (>8) signals (20MHz bandwidth) at the same time. I wonder if the forum has any recommendation on low cost digitizers? Preferably, the digitizers should have an easy to use API interface (or open source drivers) for Windows/Linux/OSX.
