What kind of FPGA is inside?
FNIRSI 1013D Always provide a picture or video with the problem where the parameters of the oscilloscope are visible, and a picture of the diagnostic screen with the values.
Firmware is here (or not) https://github.com/Atlan4/Fnirsi1013D/tree/main/Guide%20to%20firmware

Gowin FPGA, I think ... but not sure.

Yes a Gowin FPGA from the GW1N-LV9 series.

This guy has done a review and (partial) teardown of it: https://youtu.be/nILiuOlv9V8?t=2884

Would you like to elaborate?

They couldn't use GW1NR-LV9 because it has slow RAM write, they also couldn't use hmcad1511 because fpga doesn't have the necessary fast interface. so they had no choice but to use 4x some converter about 250Msa, Even with GW1N-LV9 it may be at the speed limit of fpga. And limited sample memory 32k per channel, 64k total. Of course I could be wrong. They just went for the lowest price.

DSOS350P
Fan noise fix, put a IN4001 in the fan supply lines, the .5 voltage drop makes it not a vacuum cleaner

I received this device for use .. I can say that all the declared characteristics correspond to the declared ones!!!  The device is really a bomb with its own properties!!! those negative reviews that I read, I come to the conclusion that they either have a faulty product or a deliberate lie... well, either they don't know how to use these devices.. and they don't understand the childhood sores that all oscilloscopes have anyway.... yes, there are sores, I don't know if I'll catch them or not in this story...  here are some photos from the device in operation...

I attached a photo of the signal from 25 to 330MGh for each channel in single mode, the signal was taken from the last photo generator, all photos were in pause mode, and I held my hands for normal contact...everything corresponds to the stated..if anything, I'll add

The first photo of the signals brought together and separated on pause..The second is divorced in real time and errors are visible here...I think it will be fixed ;)

Hello again!!! ;)
Device issues... ((I have the latest firmware version installed.
Hopefully it will be fixed, and the appearance will match its capabilities.))))
1. Incorrect frequency readings when decreasing the grid resolution ((when the "peaks" merge into a band.
1a. Bandwidth is also limited at higher bit depths... Increasing the time per grid step (set the frequency in the generator to 1 MHz, I recommend 10 MHz or higher and 16 bits)) will be more noticeable.))) And increase the grid step after autotuning. I think you'll see everything.)
2. Only MAX and Min show stable and relatively reliable voltage readings. The others (AVG, VP, VPP) show them only when they are centered on the screen after autotuning, and pressing the "Center waveform diagrams" button brings them closer together...
_ The others show incorrectly; the data changes when moving the waveform diagrams up and down.

- AVG is the least accurate parameter. You can see these issues for yourself: I've attached screenshots below.

We'll wait for the manufacturer to resolve these issues. ))))

Despite all these issues, this is a pretty good device... it urgently needs these issues fixed!!!

I don't think it will be fixed beyond what we have now.

The device turned out to be better than I expected. I knew I was probably buying a toy, but I decided to take a chance, and I don't regret it one bit. I have a RIGOL 804 (with a patched version of 924) and a couple of other toys at home :).
And I have an even better one at work, so I have something to compare it to.
I like its functionality and capabilities. It meets almost all my needs.
Plus, the price at the time of purchase was pretty good. I got it on sale for $203. I hope they fix all the bugs.

As they say, hope dies last. ;)

 8) ??? It looks like the situation has partially improved...
After installing the new firmware, you need to reset the settings to factory defaults...
and calibrate the device...
After that, the readings stabilized and stopped fluctuating when moving vertically... ::)

MAX.MIN.RMS.VPP..

So tell us how to find out the oscilloscope firmware number :D

I have no idea yet. )))) I asked FNIRSI tech support. Let's wait.
I downloaded the firmware and installed it to make sure it was the latest. The device didn't throw any errors; it simply accepted it without issue. Then I performed a factory reset and calibrated the device. And then the changes occurred.
Perhaps I had the latest firmware installed; I didn't need to flash it... I don't know. In any case, here's what happened. )))
Theoretically, this should have been done at the factory... but apparently they didn't check it thoroughly and are unaware of the problem themselves. :scared:

Recommendation to the manufacturer  :) The manufacturer should provide the ability to view the firmware version or at least make it visible during boot. ;)
