OWON SDS7102 calibration problem

hi

i have problem with OWON SDS7102 it's show 50v when i connect 5v
i have try self calibration but it's not change anything

i was going to make manual calibration but when connecting to PC i get message USB device not recognized i got win7 64bit

Did you install the Owon drivers?

i have try on older PC with win XP and it's work but i still dont know have to do manual calibration
can you help me with downloading tx.txt file ??

It sounds like you are using a 1x probe with a a 10x setting...
