Power Supply Choice Help
« on: March 21, 2015, 02:24:34 pm »
Hello,

I would like to go ahead to purchase my first PSU. I've been using wall-warts and batteries and work mostly with micro-controllers and low power devices. I'm thinking a triple output between the Rigol DP-832 or the GW Instek GPD-3303S. What about the GPD-4303S, does anyone think that'll be better with the price difference?

Or do you know something better, somewhere cheaper?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks  :)

For hobby usage a Mastech HY3003F-3 (US$170, 2 * 30V/3A + 5V) or HY3005F-3 (US$200, 2 * 30V/5A + 5V) might be not a bad idea.
