I have an older spectrum analyzer, model E4404B. The firmware version currently installed is A.09.01.

Serial Number: MY41440451
Host ID: D7D2A47A

I am looking for the license codes for the following options:

226, 219, J35/J36, 225, 228, 229, 1DR, 1DS, 1D6, 231, 202.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me obtain these license codes.
