Source for inexpensive oscilloscope active probe tips

Especially on the used market, a lot of active probes are sold without any tips or ground leads. These are the style of probes that have little sockets that can fit on a 0.025" header pin or hold a probe tip.

Manufacturers sell replacements at a steep markup.

Are there any good cheap replacement tips and leads?
