What's more curious is how FNIRSI managed to overclock this ADC to 250 MSPS, considering that according to the datasheet, its maximum is 100 MSPS. (By the way, its bandwidth is 475, not 500.)

It contains MXT2088 2 channels, the clk for the second channel is shifted by 90 degrees. So you have 2*100Msa, so they actually overclocked from 100Mhz to 125Mhz
FNIRSI 1013D Always provide a picture or video with the problem where the parameters of the oscilloscope are visible, and a picture of the diagnostic screen with the values.
Firmware is here (or not) https://github.com/Atlan4/Fnirsi1013D/tree/main/Guide%20to%20firmware

I was thinking of buying a dpox180h, but it seems to be a very poor product to use, as it only has a nice "look," but its technical functionalities are quite compromised.

Is that correct?

If I replace the AC capacitors as mentioned here, will there be a significant improvement to justify the minimum and make it "usable"?

For get about relacing the input coupling capacitor. All scopes show this phenomenal with low frequency square waves which are AC coupled , the Fnirsi shows this at 1kh/z were other scopes show it at 100h/z.
Its all a storm in a tea cup.

I've been using one of these little scope for nearly three years now and and they are a great little scope so good in fact that i bought a second one.
