Just was looking for my MW8000A to download required files... same as for 7000A model as equals WM8000A
Some weeks ago all was working as expected
Now after logon, no any sign of logged on... selecting files and than logon results in "technical difficulties" message.
Have they since weeks unsolved issues or do they hassle old DSO users (I am not the only one)
While like to Re-Master my Wave-Master
as running on W2K ... and older FW

I have also noticed the "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties." issue for the last couple of weeks when trying to download USB protocol analyzer software. Good to know that it is not just me. Hope they fix it soon.

Did get the information "Because of the situation with
hackers, we have some problems not easy to solve.
So best to contact the Teledyne/LeCroy service so they provide the lovely help
This is annoying. What if you're an individual and not working for a company? I wonder if they validate the company info as Keysight does? I suppose I could email them for a download with my own location information and a made up company name and see what happens.
