I had to make a set of leads with very sharp replaceable ends for probing conformal coating reworks, I can get the probe ends but not a probe banana, any ideas?

How thick is the conformal coating?
You can get nice silicone leaded probes that will pierce about 1 cm for next to nothing.

These are VERY nice probes. The grip on them is also silicone. I have 9 sets of these. I have a set on every meter I use regularly. They measure out at about 50 mΩ per lead. Not too shabby.
Yes I know there are better. My premium Keithley probes measure at 26 mΩ, but they cost more than all 9 sets of these probes.

Those might be intended to work with modular DMM leads that have a shrouded banana interface. Differential probes also work like this sometimes.

I can get the female sharp probes, the accuracy is not important (only for sub 10 ohm resistance an .4 to .7 semi testing) Just need a probe with a banana on the end.

Check out ProbeMaster.com for their probes. They have needle probes, banana connector attachments, etc.
