There’s an article on element14 of someone who makes modified microcurrents.

https://www.element14.com/community/community/publications/blog/2018/10/25/tinycurrent-low-current-measurement-shunt-and-amplifier

a BNC connector and some other changes.

The for pointing out. The main features of this clone are certainly:

1.) BNC output
2.) Up to 3 times dynamic range in each of the current ranges

Also as this device was finalized after the offset voltage issue with the opamps became public, we use the ST opamp also mentioned in one of Dave's videos.
Also we added unfitted pads for adding caps if there should still be oscillation in some cases.

Currently it's also available through the web page:

https://www.n-fuse.co/devices/tinyCurrent-precision-low-Current-Measurement-Shunt-and-Amplifier-Device.html

and on eBay:

What´s the difference between tinycurrent and tinycurrent-r ?

different BNC connector, I believe the R is a right angle connector for direct connection to the scope.

From the ebay ad:

Quote
·Added BNC output for even lower noise when acquiring with high sampling rate, high input impedance instruments like an oscilloscope. The effect is lower noise compared to normal banana leads. See all scope shots for comparison.
https://github.com/nfhw/tinycurrent/tree/master/Scope_Shots
[...]
·R-Variant with reversed BNC connector optimized for attaching the device directly to an oscilloscope’s input via a BNC-to-BNC adapter.

Still not clear to me what that means...  :-//

Great that these devices can be bought again. I am wondering however if you have looked for another opamp with wider supply range, so that it can be powered with 3x lithium AA batteries (10.8 V) for example. This would result in even bigger dynamic range
