Various test eq
« on: Today at 09:51:05 am »
Hi, i have the following test equipment from a deceased estate.  Racal Dana 1992 frequency counter, Marconi 2019 sig gen, Tektronix 492p spectrum analyser, Philips PM3263X, Philips PM5134 100mhz storage scope. Any idea the rough value and best place to sell? All appear to be working. Cheers, Malc.

welcome

check averages on fleabay and others,   but be warned, fleabay "used stuff"  prices are generally too high, mostly because you have fees to pay, and sadly  packing shipping,, sold as is no return  etc ...

and since you're new here with zero post(s) or no reputation, it may be difficult to sell here ...

racal 1991 1992  etc  suffers from   keypad switchs problems, and need to be tested,  unless it was repaired (they almost all do that,  some had better switchs in some production batches)

take pictures and show their state ...

FeeBay sold prices can be quite misleading, for fixed price items that sold with best offer, they almost never show the actual price, though sometimes it can be found under sellers feedback.

Malc has been directed here from the UK vintage radio forum, only problem here is needing 10 posts to use private messenging.
