Wavetek 950 series 957A service manual needed

Hi,

I am looking for the service manual for a Wavetek 957A Micro Source.

I understand that there is one manual covering all the 950 series.

I have one that works, but the frequency is off and the output drops to zero over the higher frequency part of the band.

Let me where to find this information.
