I have the Uni-T 216CIt's a good clamp meter because:
- It's been Intertek ETL Certified:
https://ramuk.intertekconnect.com/WebClients/ITS/DLP/products.nsf/4c8700f3b75987a08525777700583333/367792a9da48fd128625827b000a20aa?OpenDocument- It's got 3x AAA batteries, so it can measure Diodes up to 3.282v (Measured on the test leads with 3x AAA lithiums in the meter)
- 600A AC/DC Clamp current measurement
- Inrush mode on the AC range
- Bright as %#ยค% display, easy to read, with a scale graph thingy on the bottom of the display on certain ranges.
- Relative/zero function
- Hold Function
- Max/Min function
- True RMS 6000 counts.
- Frequency readout on the clamp OR the test leads.
- Temperature measurement
- Flashlight/LED
- One hand operation
It also feels really good in the hand, has this rubberized plastic, feels really solid.
No fuse on the input probes, but, there is no Current range via the probes either.
This is good for car diagnostics, checking alternators ++
