ulefone armor 9 with built-in flir camera
« on: December 12, 2020, 04:25:36 pm »
Anyone got feedback on this device?
Had it one day, mix of regular and IR images was great (much better than my seek thermal dongle), but unfortunately the USB connector gave up after 1 day of normal, gentle use. So the device is going back. But I really liked it. Unfortunately I can't find many real reviews of the device that tell how it holds out over time. Maybe more chance here. Anyone got it and is happy with it? Maybe I had a dud?

their marketing is bad (https://youtu.be/buY8DbAJvxc) and it uses a Lepton 2.5 along with some high resolution mobile cameras, but those aren't performing well. The S61 should perform equally and the S62 does perform better. I advice against any low refresh rate camera if you want a really thermal imager. depends on which seek you had, but this is equal to a FLIR One Pro LT and uses the same app.
