"Real World Interfacing" PC 1987
« on: February 19, 2021, 04:39:35 pm »
I didn't spend a lot of time on the photos, but I thought some might be interested in seeing a quality interface board for the PC, circa 1987-88.

A prototype/project box for use with the board.

The manual, which was fairly thorough (except no complete schematic), explained the usage and programming for the Si8601A/D, AD558 DAC and 8255A.

They even included a little insertion tool :)

Prices at the time ($US):
$239 for the board
$55.00 for the prototype/project box.
$29.00 and $19.00, respectively, for two cables.
$19.00 Shipping.
