Problems with built in batteries of a Tektronix 11801 Sampling Oscilloscope

I have a Tektronix 11801 sampling oscilloscope, which does not start after switching on because of problems with built in batteries.
Please, are there experiences with such problems within this forum?

Which batteries?  What makes you think it is the batteries? Have you looked at the operator and service manuals? What have you found by googling?

The more information you give, the more likely you are to find someone that can help.

If you get error messages like this E5622, should you change the two Dallas NVRAMs against new ones?

Please these are my questions:

1. Is somebody here who has opened already an oscillocope like the Tek 11801C?

2. Is somebody here who has changed already the two Dallas NVRAMs against new ones?

3. And please, could I get pictures of these NVRAMs?

The service manual Tek 11801C unfortunately only gives this information:



4. Does somebody have more information about these special ICs?

I got the information of an existing file:

"11801 and CSA803_TB_error 5622 repair.zip"

Which could possibly help to solve the problem.
