CCARC Wyong Field Day 2014

I’ll be at the CCARC Wyong field day this Sunday the 23rd Feb.
The plan is I’ll be selling my hoard of Tek TDS220 scopes and some maybe other stuff from my car boot in the flea market until maybe lunch time. Then I’ll be wandering around.
Drop by and say hi if you are going.

  1. …too bad that this is on the other side of the globe…

  2. Ah! But we have Friedrichshafen and Dayton 🙂

  3. Hi Dave, hopefully I get the opportunity to say G’Day, been following your blog since the early days in your shed.

    Cheers!

  4. Just put a “As seen on EEVblog” sticker on a few at 10% more…

  5. I’ll have to check it out. Maybe pick up a scope. 🙂

Dave what time do you think you will get there? Looks like gates open at 6:30am which is a bit early for me….

  6. Will you be able to demo them working?

  7. Sheesh, why don’t we have events like this in the UK? (Or do we?)

  9. This was a good video, muchlike the ham fests we have here in the states. It was interesting to see that Tek scopes command such a high price over there,

  10. Wish Boston wasn’t 1/2 a world away. FWIW the M.I.T radio club has a small flea market every third sunday if you are ever out here 🙂

  11. The legendary W6TRW Swap meet was just held this past Saturday at the Northrop-Grumman (formerly TRW) Space Park facility parking lot located in beautiful Redondo Beach, Cali. It was apparently started as a hamfest but has grown into something so much more. It is held the last Saturday of every month, rain or shine. Lots of good ‘ole T&M and radio gear that would make Dave salivate!
