Altium From-To reports net lengths of 0

Hi

Have you ever encountered and possibly resolved this issue with Altium designer?

I have set up From-Tos on nets and after I have equalized net lengths and ran the DRC it reports 0 on some of the nets.
If I re-route that particular net it show correct length just until I run the DRC again, after DRC it is back on 0 again.
