I would start by checking that your components and wires are all exactly aligned to the schematic grid, particularly where pin 2 of D1 connect. In the PCB we can see that R1 pin 1 is in the DIODE net, so its connections are good, but D1 pin 2 isn't despite the net label being right there. This can especially be a problem if you have schematic symbols created using an imperial grid in a schematic sheet with a metric grid, or vice versa, as there will be very small discrepancies in the grid increments. It's also worth checking the coordinate position of your components, it may be that something got nudged off of the grid very slightly. To quickly check that wires are actually connected to pins on a schematic symbol, you can try dragging it. If all of the wires get dragged around with the symbol, then they are connected properly.
