So I wasn't sure if I should post here or on the micro-controller section (as I will most likely be using this with an arduino), but here it is. (Please do tell me if it shouldn't be here)
I got a goodie bag or a lucky bag, with displays in it. An assortment as a matter of fact. It was only £3, so I thought I can't go wrong. I'm sort of trying to know the products the shop I work at sells. In the bag there was about 10 different displays. I liked the 4 different size 7 segment displays that were included. But what caught my attention was the big 2" screen. The thing with these bags is that often the screens come with no connectors. This one is off some big industrial machine called 'Danfoss FC302'. I'm looking for the connector for it, that I'd be able to solder some pins on and put it on a bread board. The screen is apparently a 128x64 (this I figured from research on similar displays, but I may be wrong). There are 20 pins on the connector 'port', and some plastic bits so the thing can be backlit with a couple of LEDs. These are the markings on the back of the screen:
