Give KJDS a shout here (on EEVBlog), he often sells these:
http://uk.farnell.com/keysight-technologies/6632b-230-plg/power-supply-1ch-20v-5a-adjustable/dp/1777818
Will do 100watt as a power supply or as a load.
I got a couple from kjds, they are nice units and great for the price he sells them at about £140 each. They are used but built to last (a bit large, loud and warm!)

Check out Dave's vids on the earlier 6632A. The 6632B is nicer as it's VFD instead of LCD (subjective), and also has RS232 in addition to GPIB. All my other equipment is USB and so I have no need for GPIB, especially considering how expensive that ancient stuff is. Having RS232 means I can use a simple USB/RS232 lead
so long as it's not FTDI and plug it into my USB hub.
The current sinking capability is brilliant. It's a 2 quadrant supply. It's built like a tank (and weighs as much too - around 12kg).
There are lots of them out there - I may just get another!. I've noticed a lot seem to be ex-Nokia factory.
Agilent/Keysight still sell them new for around £2200 inc VAT at Farnell UK!
ETA: A complaint of the earlier 6632A was the fan being constantly on high - the 6632B actually steps the fan, but also has a menu option to change fan speed from auto to manual - in the user guide it is suggested for "acoustic environments" but to obviously keep watch in that case.
