Kicked off with this video.
Something about Silicon Graphene cells, no need for solar, yada yada. This guy clearly says nothing of value, he's not really making specific claims so is probably legally in the clear but all the comments on the video are from people getting suckered in to this crap. It really makes my blood boil.
Here is a product page.. and from the laypersons perspective it would look quite legitimate.
http://www.quantamagneticstore.com/g1.htmlI'm just really looking out for the 1% here who are pulled in by this and are feeding him an income. I get that some people like the idea of Free Energy in that it's a 'middle finger to the man' but the reality is that these people are total con-artists.
The product page in question is very careful to say nothing about what this device may output in terms of actual POWER.
"Si-Graphite Cell Expansion Module", also runs to the US$thousands!!! and even is that aside from some theoretical lab work?
http://www.quantamagneticstore.com/si-graphite-expansion-modules.htmlI'm just beside myself... please help.
David
It's a nice coffee table conversation piece. Interesting to look at. That's about all though.
well $2-6K kit...

oh yes it will certainly is, because this thing will piss the experimenter to death the only solution to make it work is to put it under methane torch.
I just found this today and wondered if anyone on here had something to say.
The guys does waffle on and never seems to prove anything.
is it based on these:
Silicone Air battery

No, those require liquid, and there's none here.
This is just a load of BS where you charge the supercaps externally and use a high efficiency motor to be all "look dudes, it's like totally free-energy man!"
I've been trying to find any information on the battery chemistry he's flogging (silicone crystal graphite cells) and can't find anything that I would trust, just hype sites that claim its the best thing ever!
Though I notice in one of his videos there were some peltiers next to his test setup...hmm:

I noticed that the amount of giggles in this kind of free enegy videos are directly proportional to the bullshit dimensions.
However, if I understand correctly, he's trying to produce more energy using the inertia of the rotor let run for some seconds than the one used to power it to make it spinning for less time.
It would be a huge invention and apparently can even seem to work to some people, but without a proper measurement of energy in/energy out, how can he affirm that?
Comes with the handy slogan -- STAND WELL BACK!

stand well back....bulls**t about to drop!
When I first saw this on YouTube it was not the total BS science that bothered me so much as the high asking price for sold units and the slick video style. I felt that some good people who had not the benefit of a general science background might part with money. This is worse than the usual free energy nut jobs, this guy is attempting to profit out of the ignorance of others. So that makes me more sad.
But the thing is that the person buying it is also probably a free-energy nutjob. I don't know if that's worse cos the problem self perpetuates, or better as the ignorance contains itself...
