I was looking at the Tesla patent about the bifilar coil, pretty creative arrangement of the coil turns. Overall, it lowers the self-resonant frequency of the coil (when compared with a simple/monofilar spiral coil), which is pretty cool!

Then, since I liked the trick shown in the patent, I've searche for bifilar Tesla pancake coil, and this playlist poped in the very first search results:

I've let it play in the background, and couldn't see anything unusual or unexpected. The things that the author was showing as puzzling, were normal and easy to explain with the known/mainstream physics.
Anyway, at some point the guy started asking for money, the YouTube voting was disabled by the autor, and worst of all, at some point he started to claim healing properties. At that point, I stopped seeing him as a curious guy who doesn't know enough electromagnetism. At that point, he start looking no different than a charlatan, asking for money and claiming healing properties, such that those who are clueless about physics will keep sponsoring him. I didn't watch further, it was no longer entertaining.

3. - Do you honestly believe you get 85W constant output with only 5W input? If so, then I suggest you to try to use the apparently 85W output to boil some water. Calorimetric tests are easy to setup, and give reliable results. Electric instruments may be confused by pulsed power and/or by stray electromagnetic fields.
