Can anyone program a PLS153 or a 82S153 from a good part/

I have a friend that has a good programmed 82S153 and a couple of blank chips that need programming.

These particular parts do not have a security fuse feature so they should be able to be read.

Is there anyone that could offer to program these parts for him? He is located in the U.S. None of the half dozen programmers that I have or have access to can either read or write these chips.

I think if a JEDEC file could be also saved that these parts could be emulated with a 16V10 or 18V10 but that is only supposition on my part.

I have a Data I/O 2900 that has this part in its compatibility list. I have the DIP, 20 and 28 way PLCC adapters. I haven't run this for a while but can host it from a Tek LA which is stuck at Windows 2k. If this is still a live requirement let me know and I'll fire it up to check. Based in the UK.
