GAL/PAL manual programming ?

is it possible to program simple IC manually? GAL22V10...
cant find much info about how these IC are actually programmed nor actual internal circuits. my guess is same as parallel ROM chips

GAL16V8/20V8 use parallel address / serial data, and GAL22V10 both address and data are serial. You can find the diagrams on ELMchan or ATFblast etc.
