Working with an LFE5U-25F FPGA dev board, I ran into the challenge of fitting 4 separate power rails onto a single power plane layer.
What practical layout methods do you use to reduce crosstalk and voltage drop between divided power islands? Would love to hear real-world layout experience and lessons from fellow hardware engineers!

I don't worry about crosstalk on power pours for an FPGA in any case.  Voltage drop can be an issue, but rarely is.  4 power rails is still not a huge number, assuming the layout is at all sensible.  Inductance is almost always a problem before resistance.

It's very common to use a single power layer on a 4-layer PCB, with several power rails. As long as you partition the different power areas in a way that makes sense (which is limiting the length of the connections to them from other layers) and avoid crossing a power rail area with another one on the same layer.

"Crosstalk"  between power rails should not even be a concern as long as you have proper decoupling.
