Mystery FPGA

I bought a LINSN RV908M32 board on AliExpress. It seems there are at least two variants differing in the white power connector and in the orientation of JP2 (the other white connector). I was expecting a Xilinx Spartan 6 (XC6SLX16) at the hart of the board. But to my big surprise there is a mystery IC at the place where the Spartan 6 is supposed to be. Unfortunately the device has no further identifying marks besides a long number.
I am not even sure that this is an FPGA. But it has the same footprint (FT256) and seems to load its configuration from the SPI-Flash.

The JTAG IDCODE is 0x00014C35 and the first bytes of the SPI-Flash are

Who can identify this mystery IC or could give any further details?

IDCODE and Bitstreamformat match. It is an Anlogic FPGA.

Hi my friend i need help, I bought 8 rv908m32 receiving cards but unfortunatelly I damaged 3 of them due to a failure on the 5v dc voltaje, Hi I need the bin file for rv908m32 please Im desperated, and if there is a way to reflash it by usb to rs232? due to dc voltaje failure while the rcg file was sending, Now when I turn on, the receiver card cant test the panels with the test button and there is no comunication trought the ts802d sending board, and there is no bliking green led anymore. 3 cards are bad due to bad rcg file sending.
